Program Description Children will meet and interact with Heart “E” Heart who is actually a fully-costumed, loveable character. She will tell the children a simple story, teach them an appropriate song that coincides with the theme, demonstrate and practice a fun exercise/game for movement, and learn how to make an easy, healthy snack. Parent take-home letters and wellness coloring pages are additional options that can be sent along with activity packets.
