Mathew Janczewski, founder of ARENA Dances will teach students how to swing with lecture/demonstrations about the history and cultural significance of the Dance Marathons from the 1920's to 1940's during the Great Depression. Students will understand concepts such as social Darwinism and how the Dance Marathons have contributed to modern marvels.
Typically during class hour. Minimum 40 minutes and maximum 1 hour 15 minutes
