Royal Botanical Gardens is rich in plant and animal life, including some of Canada's most endangered species. What makes some species become at risk while others thrive? Join our Species at Risk Biologist as we explore the factors that affect the biodiversity of an ecosystem, the status of a species and what we can do about it. We'll discover what Bea, our Blanding's turtle, needs to survive and how changes in its habitat have affected this species and what we are doing to restore their numbers and other species in the wetlands.
