"Why the Chinese are Yellow Skinned" Students explore the legend how "Nu Wa Makes Men". They are introduced to wedding rituals in China and learn the family names according to the myth. Students hear the famous legend, "Nu Wa Mends the Sky" and why Chinese people call themselves descendants of the dragon. The program features the influence of the myth on the modern society, Confucian culture, and relationships among people.
